It's okay to not know it all when venturing out. It doesn't matter if you've not figured everything out. Just sketch it and go do it. As long as you're willing to learn and adapt, you'll be fine. And guess what; you'll come out better than before. So let all the what ifs fade in the background and say a mighty yes to that which you've been longing in your heart to attain.

You are the only one to make this happen. So throw caution to the wind (mindfully) and embrace it knowing full well that you'd come out ahead and in a better place.
