There comes a time in a man's life, where he must rise above all that he has been told and taught, and go out there to figure things out for himself. To do this he must hold steadfast against the voices trying so hard to make him just like themselves, so he does not cast them in a dim light.

"You must relax", they say to him, but what they really mean is for him to stop reminding them through his deeds, how far they could have gone but never dared to. His shortcomings will only be what will be highlighted.

He will be judged harshly for what he seems to lack only and not what he has accomplished or overcome. Unfortunately for him those voices are not those of his adversaries, they are of his own household, his own comrades, his own tribe, his own partner, his own town.

Not all the voices though, but many of them will steadfastly hold him back unknowingly by withholding him from seemingly risks which holds the potential for his breakthrough. He will be sold the safe, comfortable and secured path.

Nevertheless he must not hearken to those voices. Because the moment he does, he has proven to them, there isn't much to him to begin with. He must be resolute in the pursuit of what he wants and go for it.

He will fail most times, but he will finally learn how; continuously iterating and pushing his way upward.

Yes, he is bound to fall but that should not stop him. He must get up, dust himself and keep going. He must keep pushing his way through. He should not relent. Nor let the past keep him down.

He shouldn't let those who mock his downfall get to him. If he can, he should just laugh it away and brush it off his shoulder like it's nothing and keep on. Whenever he bumps up on his journey, he should get up, put himself together, gather momentum again and continue on his path.

He is going to be the one who whether he succeeds or fails, honour will be in accordance to his name because he dared to live. He dared to make true his dreams. He dared to be a new road.

He has become a man, unlike one of the herd, who is just casted in the shadow of an old hero. He has become unto himself and other men, a hero. A hero like no one.

Will you be that man?
